Red Crowned Cranes

Red Crowned Cranes.

  • What is an interesting fact about your topic?
The Red Crowned Crane have a scientific name and that is the Grus antigone / Grus japonensis. Red Crowned Cranes have there own kingdom and that kingdom is called Animalia. There are 15 species of Cranes?.)

Appearance
The Red crowned crane are very different because they have red crown. The Red crowned crane is a type of bird. Red crowned cranes are covered mostly with white feathers except for their red crown. The red crown are on the top of the Red crowned Cranes. The neck, legs, and bottom are mostly covered in black feathers. Red crowned cranes have long beaks. The red Crowned Cranes are 158 cm in tall and 150 cm in length from top and to it’s tail tip.

The red Crowned cranes get their diet in wetland and they eat food like Insect, Leaves, Small fish and Frogs,

The family name of the crane  gruidae. the size is up to 5 feet and Nests are built in the marshy areas. Female lays two eggs that will hatch after period of around 30 days. The red crowned cranes have predators and they are Foxes, Bear and Golden Eagles
CONCLUSION:
  • A sentence that ends your report with one of your most interesting facts
Cranes are monogamous
Species. The Cranes are mates for life. The cranes can also dance that include fast movement of the feet, jumps, stretching and bowing.
