The people that was showing us the experiment was two ladies. Miss Davis and another lady. At 2pm we started. Room 5 was the first to come and came LS1. Firstly the two ladies introduced their names. The first thing they need was the equipments. The equipment they needed was a Cylinder measuring cup, Detergent, Carbon Dioxide, Crystals Potassium Iodide. Miss Davis chose 2 volunteers Troy and Viva. Miss Davis poured the carbon dioxide in the measuring cup and Viva poured the detergent in, and finally Troy put in the crystals to make the foam come out. We counted down from 5 and Troy put the crystals in the mixture rises to the top until the foam popped out and we all screamed with Joy. Some of the older seniors were taking some photos of people and the foam. Miss Davis told Viva and Troy to sit down and she grabbed a fizzy drink bottle that was empty. Miss Davis chose 2 more volunteers to help. The volunteers had to do the same job as the other 2 people. Miss Davis put the bottle on the stand and she got the cylinder cup and she was trying to find the 100m line. When she found the 100m line she got a marker and she wrote outside of the bottle where the 100m line should be and Miss davis poured in the carbon dioxide into the bottle and Aiden put in the detergent. And finally Vance put in the crystals on a count of 5. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Vance put it in and the foam came popping out of the bottle. The bottle began to shrink when the foam was coming out. We all started to cheer and one of the people that was taking the photos grabbed some foam and gave some to the teachers and to the students. As she gave the foam some of their hands started to turn to the colour yellow. We were all surprised what we saw happen.
