Food class - Burgers

Today for our food class we have made burgers. We all had to work in our groups that Mrs Tuipolotu had put us in. The things you need to make a burger are lettuce, Tomato, Onion, toasted buns, frozen mince, mayo and spices of your choice. This is a very good way to make for a snack or for a picnic with your family or even try and make for dinner at home. It is also really good because it is a healthy way to make burgers for your entire family.

Food class

                               Macaroni and cheese
Step 1 - Boil macaroni with 21/2c of cold water until it is soft.
- Drain with cold water using the calendar
Step 2 - with white sauce w
1- Fry the onion until it is soft with a tbsp of butter
- Add1/2c of plain flour stir fry 5 mins
- Add 2c of milk plus water until it is thick like the gravy
- Add macaroni and top up with cheese.

Food class

Today for our food class we have made tuna sandwiches. We all had to work in our groups that Mrs Tuipolotu had put us in. The things you need to make a tuna sandwich are lettuce, Tomato, Onion and a can on tuna itself. This is a very good way to make kids lunch for school or even have as a snack at home. It is also really good because it is a healthy way to make tuna sandwiches.

Food Technology

Today for our food technology class we had made chicken stir fry with mushrooms, onion, carrots and zucchini. Here are the steps if you may want to make it at home for your family.

Step 1: Slice and dice the chicken.
Step 2: Slice and dice the onion
Step 3: Fry the chicken on onion with oil
Step 4: dice the carrot and slice
Step 5: Slice zucchini and slice
Step 6: Slice mushroom
Step 7: Add to frying pan.
Step 8: mix flour with Salt and pepper with any kind of your favourite spices. Then wait to 10 - 15 minutes.
Then once done serve with family.
