Today at school we had an Assembly about Soldiers that have died in world war 1 and world war 2. A lady from the NZ Defense force came to our school. Her name was Stacy Lock.She attended our service about ANZAC. Our principle Mister Johnston asked all the teachers if we could have this service for the people that have died In both wars.
Stacy Lock told all us about the wars that happened in Turkey. All of the class made there own wreath.
We also made a wreath ourselves. Some peoples wreath was a cross and a ring we all had to make poppies on it. Some of the little kids had a poppies on their clothing.
