During the holidays my Mum and Dad took me to the beach. My cousins also came with us too. The beach we went to was Mission Bay. At Mission Bay we played rugby on the sand. The scores were 1-5, after we played rugby I went for a quick swim in the water. My Dad said to me to come out of the water and he gave me $5.00 for me and my cousin to go and buy a ice cream. The flavour I had was chocolate and my cousin had the flavor vanilla. When we finished eating our ice cream we went back to my Mum and Dad and I asked if we could go to the water fountain. My Mum said yes and we started running to the fountain. At the fountain there were a lot people swimming there. When I first went in the water it was so cold I got out of the fountain, but my cousin just dived into the water. I didn't want to go in so I went to the playground. When I walked to the park I went down the slide twice. When I finished on the slide I looked at people playing on the swing. The swing looked so epic so I waited when the other person was finished then I went on to the swing and it was amazing. When I saw this other person wanting a turn I got off the swing and gave the person a turn. When I saw my cousin getting out of the fountain we went back to my Mum and Dad to have something to eat. We ate some yummy hot dogs. After my hot dog I had to wait for 10 minutes to go back in the water. After 10 minutes me and my cousin went into the water. When it was getting dark my Dad said to us to get out of the water and pack up. When we finished packing up we put our stuff into the car and went back home.
